The Future Now is instant access to the forward thinking partymakers and creatives who will directly influence the music, parties and styles that will be mimicked for years to come.

HANNAH HOLLAND
Hannah Holland is a product of all the best bits of London club culture from the last decade; all the most innovative and exciting parties, scenes, movements, subcultures and music genres condensed into one frenetic curly haired DJ. Recently nominated for best breakthrough DJ, in DJ Mag, Ms Holland’s star has been on the rise ever since she landed a residency at high-octane east end institution Trailer Trash over five years ago and has recently made a habit of rocking dancefloors for respected parties like Bugged Out, The Warehouse Project, Fabric, Ibiza’s Amnesia, Serbia’s notorious Exit Festival as well as Japan and Australia. Like the best DJ talents Hannah puts her dancefloor expertise to good use in the studio and released her first track, the critically acclaimed ‘Banshee,’ on Mike Monday’s Playtime label in November ’08 , since then she's remixed for artists like Lionrock, Yo Majesty, Worthy and Yankee Zulu and has new material ready to roll on Playtime and her own label Batty Bass Records.

Ms Holland is equally at home stealing the show in big rooms and festivals as she is capturing hearts in grimy basements and warehouse raves in the small hours; her unique DJ sets combine all the best bits of deep sleazy techno, electro, house - all driven by her love of bass! In 2006 Hannah started Bastard Batty Bass as a vehicle to pursue the more eclectic side of her musical repertoire alongside long time collaborator Mama. BBB has since become something of a monster with mobbed monthly parties at The Star of Bethnal Green (described by Time Out as "one of London's finest clubs… a must-do on the UK's club calendar"), a hugely popular podcast, a cutting edge clothing line and a record label now 7 releases in , all getting plays on specialists shows on Radio One ,Kiss FM to name a few as well being loved by underground djs across the board. KISS 100 have takent Hannah on board for a debut presenting show, filling in for Joe Ransom in August! Her recent move to Berlin have honed Hannah's studio skills, with unique house and techno productions about to drop in November , early support from Heidi, Jesse Rose, Smokin Jo, Tayo & Azari & III to name a few!!! Plus an artist album to be released in the new year, the batty beats brightly roll on!!

DEXTER KANE
Dexter Kane is the latest endeavour in a string of projects from long time music industry aficionado and master of indecision, Ed Kane. Whilst permanently keeping one ear close to the ground yet refusing to be pigeonholed, Dexter has developed a sound that lies somewhere towards the deeper end of the dance music spectrum. He has signed tracks to the likes of Fear of Flying, Akbal Music and WYS!, as well as to Lower East, which he co-runs. Despite the recent nature of the project's inception, Dexter has found himself playing across the UK, Europe and in places as far flung as Brazil.

R1 RYDERS
After bursting on to the UK Bass music scene with their debut release Burnout EP in 2009, R1 Ryders have been tearing up show after show with their trademark Funkitek sound; their own high energy blend of House, Hardcore, Jungle and Rave. They describe their forward thinking dance floor destroying music simply as "That Energy Sound". R1 Ryders have since released their second and third EPs entitled "Full Throttle" and "Full System" respectively and their fourth "Pole Position EP" is going to be released Summer 2011. Fact Magazine named them Producers to watch in 2010 and R1 are widely recognized as one of the most exciting acts to come through the UK music scene of late. The Funkitek outfit's DJ/Producer Karnak and MC Skeelo have been igniting dancefloors, connecting the dots between Grime, Dubstep, Funky and DnB, and have remixed acts like La Roux, Major Lazer and The Count & Sinden among other artists. Whilst receiving support from key taste makers like Sinden, Mistajam, Mary Anne Hobbs and Benji B the Ryder's DJ sets are simply unmissable showcasing many R1 productions around the hottest dubplates in bass music.

SOCIETY DJs are the promoters and residents behind SOCIETY, a series of happening acid house parties held across London Town. The pair have had a busy summer, playing alongside dance music pioneers and DJ royalty; Marshall Jefferson, the voice of Chicago house Robert Owens, Colin Dale, Trevor Fung and Terry Farley. Their underground events bring together these huge figureheads of dance music alongside a new vanguard of sonic movers and shakers, including; Andy Blake, Neville Watson, Slackk, Urban Nerds, Bubba, all embracing the early house sounds of acid, Chicago and other electronic sounds.

The duo also run Class of 808, a blog dedicated to the exploration of early dance music; and Offset Festival a weekend outdoor event which again pieces together the old, new and usual of music royalty. Don't expect easy club hits, this Essex pairing like to dig deep...
