The Center for Public Communications disclosed that in the 21st century, the single most critical issue which will cause the demise of emerging businesses will be their inability or failure to think and plan strategically.

This seminar addresses the strategic planning process in a no nonsense approach geared to owners/managers of smaller firms. The single greatest benefit from this interactive seminar is that you may well be managing the business better and differently come Monday morning.

Highlights:

* Develop a vision for your firm 3 years out
* Develop a specific game plan to achieve that vision
* Develop specific action plans as to who will do what, and by when, to achieve the objectives
* Implement a "management by objectives" methodology for running the business
* Manage the firm more effectively starting Monday morning

Walt Truelson has been a principal of Truelson Associates for over 20 years. During that time the firm has served over 200 Bay Area clients. Prior to starting the firm, he was an executive with Xerox Corporation, managing a northern California operation generating $50 million in revenue. In addition, he served as Vice President, Marketing for World Savings, the nation's 2nd largest savings and loan at the time.
Walt holds a degree from Ohio Wesleyan University, and has attended many advanced management programs, including the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

$45 Pre-Registered ($55 at door).
