El Rumbon Cubano - one of London’s original Cuban salsa dance parties is moving to a new home in Shoreditch. It’s been south, it’s been west and now El Rumbon Cubano is heading east.

An authentic Cuban night where you can dance the night away to top DJs playing the cream of Cuban salsa, timba, son & reggaeton and listen to some of the best of Cuba’s UK based musicians playing live.

Now in its fourth year the party this month includes live music from Jesús Cutiño & Son de Cuba, on stage from 10pm.

This energetic singer/musician always lights up the stage with his performances and together with the rest of this highly talented band – they’ll be helping kickstart a brand new era for this long-running night.

DJ Javier will be on the decks playing an assortment of the best Cuban music including salsa, timba, and reggaeton.
The Rumbon always features a dance class and this month the Team from the Havana Londres dance school will be teaching a fun Rueda (Cuban Wheel) dance class for Intermediate /Advanced Levels.
Be sure to get there early to guarantee a place!
7.450 pm – 8.45 pm. Intermediate/Advanced Levels.
Get down early and enjoy some delicious well priced food from the extensive Shoreditch menu. Delicious treats like Fried Calamari, Merguez Sausages, Hummous & Flatbread, Meatballs, Sandwiches, Falafel, Burritos, Burgers & Piri Piri Chicken mean you can make a night of it.

~ The Shoreditch also does a wicked Cheese Fondue which you can enjoy with a bottle of red wine for just £20. Perfect for sharing!

~ From snacks to full meals, you can take your pick. Kitchen is open until midnight.

~ To top it all, you can get 4 beers or 2 cocktails for £10 right up until 10pm – or even later if the bar-staff are in a good mood!

~ Your favourite Mojitos and Cuba Libres are available as well as Shoreditch specials like the Coconut Caipirinha and Velvet Mai Tai.
