The Purple Turtle
Crowndale Road, Camden
London, England Get Directions
Juicebox Live returns to the capital for a special show, we have found a venue that is situated within the buzzing hub of Indie music on a Friday night, situated next to Mornington Crescent tube station, walking distance to Euston, and next to the iconic KoKo. We are also delighted to have out together a storming night of live music, followed by great DJs playing tunes that will keep you dancing all night!

The Uppercuts
(http://www.facebook.com/pages/THE-UPPERCUTS/371394065692)
Since forming in early 2009 The Uppercuts from North London have set about creating their own sound, this unique sound and writing style is made up of a mix of Punk, Ska, Oi and Indie. For the last year they have been working on writing songs for an album due to be recorded at the end of 2010. Currently playing shows around the UK the Uppercuts have played alongside bands such as The Exposed (Warped Tour 2010), Glastonbury Veterans La Rebla Fam and punk legends King Kurt. In this short period of time The Uppercuts have drummed up a lot of interest on the punk scene.

The Expensive Habits
(http://www.facebook.com/pages/The-Expensive-Habits/79371440758)
The (Expensive) Habits are a band from Hemel Hempstead, that formed in 1999, and after having a short hiatus are now back gigging and after hosting their own Xmas SOLD OUT Xmas special, this is will be their first gig of 2012, and with new songs as well as the classics from their debut album they are back and better than ever.

The Wholls
(http://www.facebook.com/thewholls)
The Wholls are a 4 piece band based in Bedford - have been starting to make a noise in the music scene in 2011 with a fresh brand of music of their very own. Coined "Urban Indie", if you get down to see these guys you can expect a lively, hectic night and a set of original bangers with a few surprises chucked in! Live favourites such as 'Rollin' & 'B-Man' are already fast becoming a cult smash and reasons alone to check them out.

The Theme
(http://www.facebook.com/pages/The-Theme/196924953669054)
The Theme are South London fusion of Brit-Pop and post-Punk Modrock! This is not sixties flower-power, it's hard-hitting rock music in the best traditions of Mod-Revival Powerepop.

We will have our resident 'Supersonic DJs' and be inviting some special guests to DJ on these nights too. DJs will play a range of music from the 50's right up until now so expect to hear the likes of:

Expect more surprises on the night too including visuals, guest DJs...

Tickets: 5 (7 OTD) from www.juiceboxindie.com
