On January 30th, at the East Bay’s HIREvent, Bay Area employers with immediate openings will gather to meet jobseekers at the Hilton Garden Inn, 1800 Powell Street, from noon to 4pm. Admission is free.
Jobseekers will have the opportunity to meet with recruiters from a variety of public and private-sector organizations looking to staff up for the new year. Attendees can also get free one-on-one recommendations on improving their resume from employment experts on site. Those hoping to land a new job should look sharp, arrive early, and be prepared for a productive afternoon, because all the employers will be eager to hire.
