CSU Summer Dance Concert: "In the Slipstream"

Saturday, July 12 at 7:30 PM in Drinko Recital Hall in the Music and Communications Building.

The incomparable Claire Porter with perform her new solo HERD SPOKEN , and will be joined by Sabatino Verlezza in their new duet, SEE YOU AROUND ," a portrayal of two government bureaucrats having a conversation in an elevator while their infrastructure collapses and their colleagues disappear."

Also featured on the program is Helanius Wilkin's Edgework's Dance Theater, DC's premier all male contemporary dance company of predominately African-American men. They will perform excerpts from Wilkin's critically acclaimed COLD CASE and the just premiered DETERMINING FACTOR. This concert is free and open to the public with the generous support of the Ohio Arts Council. No reservations are necessary.
