Wiffle Lever To Full is Bob Fischer’s story of going on a marathon 12-month journey around the country’s sci-fi and cult TV conventions.
Along the way he encountered gay Cybermen, obsessive Janet Ellis fans and Douglas Adams devotees armed with waterpistols! This is part fun travelogue and part misty-eyed childhood memoir. He makes his way from Doctor Who to Discworld, Star Wars to Star Trek and Robin Of Sherwood to Red Dwarf.
