Operation Clean is a community incentive beautification program for residents of Pharr. Each month the city will focus on an area to help clean up and allow residents to dispose of trash and debris.

The clean up area of focus will be provided with roll offs (dumpsters) and will allow residents an opportunity to dispose of trash, appliances, tires and or debris at no cost.

The city will also focus on other areas of concentration such as weedy lots, abandoned vehicles, stray animals, illegal dumping, conditional use permits, zoning violations and street or drainage issues.
