Jazz pianist Basil Hodge will be playing two sets of contemporary jazz as part of a virtuoso quartet. Basil’s tunes cover his varied approach to jazz incorporating the blues, groove, latin and modern styles. He will be playing tracks from his 2009 album 'Sound Reasoning' which received rave reviews including a 4-star rating from Jack Massarik in the Evening Standard. Tonight he is joined by Tony Kofi on saxophone, Larry Bartley on double bass and Winston Clifford on drums.
