Die Fledermaus, the beloved comic opera (sung in English), is filled with familiar songs by Johann Strauss, Jr. Hilarious comedy situations ensue at a party when a man romances a woman who turns out to be his wife in disguise. This concert version for full orchestra is conducted by well-known Bay Area conductor, Michael Taylor; Artistic Director is Sharon Kaye. Top Bay Area singers will be performing, including Diane Squires, Sharon Maxwell-Yamamoto, Mike Denoyers, Pedro Rodelas, Daniel Galpin, Andrew Chung, David Wright, Kindra Scharich, and Melody Caspari.
