Due to unforeseen circumstances, Foster the People have had to postpone their Honolulu show. Originally slated to perform on Wednesday, February 8th at the Blaisdell Arena for the Audio Invasion show, Foster the People will now be performing at The Waterfront at Aloha Tower on Sunday, March 18, 2012.

As a result of the change in performer lineup, the Audio Invasion show featuring Cage the Elephant, Best Coast and Mariachi El Bronx will move from the Blaisdell Arena to The Waterfront at Aloha Tower and will still be on Wednesday, February 8th.

All tickets purchased for the show at the Blaisdell Arena will be refunded from point of purchase. New tickets will be issued for the Audio Invasion show at The Waterfront at Aloha Tower. New tickets will also be issued for the new Foster the People performance date.

L.A.’s Foster the People received New Artist of the Year at the SharkOne Awards after being formed only two years ago. Their hit single, “Pumped Up Kicks” reached #1 on Billboard’s Alternative Songs Chart, #3 on the Rock Songs Chart and Billboard’s Hot 100. The past year has brought them a lot of success which has led to nominations at the MTV Video Music Awards for Best New Artist, Best Rock Video, a nomination for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance at the Grammy’s and Best Alternative Music Album with their album Pumped Up Kicks.
