Sushi and chocolate...oh yes! At the “Chocolate Sushi” workshop you will learn how to make sushi with bittersweet chocolate, basmati rice, coconut milk, dark rum, strawberries, kiwi and mangos. And yes, there will be types of chocolates to sample. Dazzle your friends with this new kind of treat and impress them with the history of chocolate, your chocolate certificate, chef’s hat and recipes! Ages 18 and up.
