Another stellar lineup on the Front Porch this month with Passenger and Pilot and Sean McArldle.

Passenger & Pilot is a 6-piece San Francisco/ Bay Area based orchestral folk band. They recently released their first full-length album 'The Calm Before" The SF Chronicle c...alled them "a standout in the local folk music scene, intent on building and layering their songs, ultimately creating harmonies and poetic lyrics." I couldn't agree more! They're one of my local Faves.

Sean McArdle is a former Lookout! records recording artist who made a name for himself with the Cost. He's got a new solo record out called 'Northern Charms' and the SF Examiner called him "...an elusive character and engaging musician who is as reflectively brooding as he is soulfully expressive. He plays music that is accessible and enigmatic, gentle and forceful, reassuring and heartbreaking." Can't argue with that! He's another one of my local faves.

As usual I'll be playing a set to round out the night. and featuring my delicious pot pies. This month by popluar demand it will be beef burgundy and for the vegetarians cauliflower and brussel sprouts in an onion sherry roux w/ smoked paprika. Yum!
