Nickita is an up and coming singer/songwriter whose dance tinged music is laced with soulful vocals. Performing alongside talented guitarist Glyn Devey, Nickita showcases her original tracks stripped down to a jazz/funk style with powerful vocals reminiscent of Christina Aguilera.

Every gig at the White Lion raises funds for Music4Children (www.music4children.org), a charity that has broken the records for the World's Highest Gig on Mt. Everest, and the World's Longest Gig in London. Music4Children has raised enough money to build an orphanage in Dhulikhel, Nepal, and runs free creative workshops for local children in the White Lion, Streatham.
Donations on the night go directly to these causes, and in May 2012 we will reclaim the record for the World's Highest Gig.
