Meet Chris Carter and Frank Spotnitz

To celebrate the cinema release of X-Files: I want to Believe, Forbidden Planet invite you to meet Chris Carter & Frank Spotnitz on Thursday 31st July between 1-2pm at the Forbidden Planet Megastore, 179 Shaftesbury Avenue, London, WC2H 8JR

Chris Carter created The X-Files back in 1993 and it become a huge hit worldwide. It went on to win numerous awards, including Emmys and Golden Globe Awards. Chris also directed and co-wrote the new movie which reunites Mulder and Scully, The X-Files: I Want To Believe.

Frank Spotnitz is another X-Files legend. He started writing for the show back in 1994 and helped shape the show's mythology. He also directed episodes and went on to become the shows Executive Producer. Along with Chris he co-wrote the new movie.

The X-Files: I Want To Believe: In true X-Files style not too much has been revealed about the storyline but it’s a stand-alone story which takes the complicated relationship between Scully and Mulder in unexpected directions. Mulder is still searching for the ‘truth’ and Scully remains inextricably tied to his pursuits.
