Harvey Pekar, the creator of autobiographical comic book series American Splendor, chronicled everyday life in the aging Jewish neighborhoods of Cleveland in stories that are both funny and touching. Pekar will be joined by Wendy Wasman, local expert on Jewish graphic novels, for a stimulating and visual conversation about art, storytelling and the comic medium.
