A veritable who's who of Mendocino area artists featured in Mendocino Coast photographer Larry Wagner's beautiful photography book, "Artists of the Mendocino Coast," will exhibit their artwork. This all-media showing, with over 70 accomplished artists, will include acrylic, oil, pastel and watercolor paintings; ceramics; photography; blown, stained and etched glass; jewelry; wood, stone and metal sculpture; collage; fiber art; mixed media gourds; pencil drawings and more.

Other August gallery exhibits at the Mendocino Art Center include Janet Seifert's paintings in a showing titled "Works on Paper" in Gallery Ten, and Rebecca Deerwater's artwork in the Abramson Gallery.

A Second Saturday Artists reception will be held August 9, 5 pm to 8 pm.
