Oakland, California 94618 Get Directions
July 7, 9:30am-5pm, July 8, 9:30am-9pm

Participating in a Breema Intensive is an exciting, nourishing, and revitalizing experience. It's a unique opportunity to experience a new way of moving, thinking, and feeling.

Taught in an experiential format, you will learn Breema bodywork (movement sequences you do with another person) and a variety of Self-Breema exercises (movements you do with your own body) that provide a tangible introduction to the Nine Principles of Harmony.

The flowing movements of Breema are nurturing to learn, practice, and receive. Called "The Art of Being Present," Breema offers practical steps to establish a true body-mind connection, and introduces us to a unique quality of touch and movement that is a direct expression of our degree of presence. The Nine Principles of Harmony underlying the philosophy of Breema address the essential nature of life and the deeper meaning of health.

By exploring body-mind connection and applying the principles while doing Breema and Self-Breema, and then in our daily activities, we can move from complication toward simplicity, and support an openhearted and open-minded posture toward life.

Jon Schreiber, D.C, director of the Breema Center and the Breema Clinic in Oakland, CA, will be participating in many classes throughout the Intensive. The author of several books about Breema, he has been teaching in the U.S. and internationally since 1980.

Participate for one class, one day, or up to six days during the full Intensive. Discounts are available for first-time Intensive students, and for all students registered by June 13. Contact us for detailed information about any aspect of the Intensive.

Continuing Education hours available upon request for massage therapists, bodyworkers, nurses, MFTs and LCSWs for $10 processing fee.
No previous bodywork experience required. However, as Breema is a floor-based modality, participants must be comfortable sitting, kneeling, and working on a padded floor.
