"Imaginary Thing" takes its inspiration from an idea of the N.E. Thing Co. (artists Ingrid and Iain Baxter) in 1968. Every day, for thirty days, a different piece of artwork will be added to a hole in the ground. On the last day, the hole will be filled with concrete leaving the exhibition as "both a permanent sculpture and an inaccessible archive."
