these sort of events work a little better if they're split up into individual days.
yes, it's more annoying to post, but it's more meaningful if someone subscribes to attend on a certain day, and is makes more sense when using a calendar that auto-grabs all of your upcoming events.
actually, we can only export to the google calendar those events that are on a single day and at a stipulated time or start time/end time, or so it seems
Yes. Looks to me like -- in GCal -- multi-day events without times show up as multi-day (all-day) events, (try the Slavic Harvest Festival,) but multi-day events with set time -- like this one -- only show the first day, (with time.)
