A meetup for Flickr members at one of the Valley's hidden gems-- a farm with an organic garden, a spa retreat, meeting rooms, outdoor patios and lawns, a shop, and restaurants. We will meetup at 7:30 (I'll be there at 7 if anyone wants to come even earlier) to enjoy a photo stroll through the gardens and then go into the Morning Glory Café for breakfast when they open at 8. After eating breakfast, we can continue to explore the lush grounds. Breakfast at the Morning Glory Café will run you about $10-15, but you're free to come along for the photo strolls before and after breakfast if you don't want to spend any money.

FYI, I spoke with Wayne Smith, the owner of The Farm at South Mountain, and cleared our little photo safari with him. He is happy to have us there taking photos, and only asks that we respect the tranquil atmosphere the farm affords its guests. So, we're on! :-D

Don't make the mistake of entering the very first restaurant on your right as you enter the farm (that one's called The Farm Kitchen). I found this out when I stopped by yesterday since I happened to be in the neighborhood.
