Demo-listen Derby Guidelines
1. Bring one CD of your best recording (no gear please!)
2. We ONLY accept CDs that are brought to the show (if you can’t attend, you can’t participate)
3. Only unsigned artist may submit
4. 4. You’ll be asked to fill out a form indicating track to be played, and agreement to full rules of contest (at show)
5. Between performances by live bands, we’ll play one track from each of the randomly selected CDs for the audience and the panel of Seattle music professionals and guest celebrities
6. Every audience member gets a ballot. Not only is ballot stuffing allowed, it is encouraged. Bring your most passionate fans!
7. There may not be time to play all songs submitted.
8. Neither entering nor winning contest obligates you to any relationship with Sarathan Records.

THE PRIZE : Artist(s) with the best CD's will win a chance to be featured on future Sarathan Records compilations that wil be received by thousands of radio, TV, film and other music industry contacts as well as airplay on KEXP.
