1) you'll need an Upcoming.org user id
2) and you'll need to join this group AgileEvents
3) then add your event, & once you've done that, choose "add to group" at lower right .
4) your event it will appear automatically in the sidebar at http://www.InfoQ.com/Agile in a few minutes.
