Principle number one: the best conferences cost the least amount of money, the worst ones cost the most amount of money. As a New Year's resolution, I have vowed not to spend more than a very small amount of money on conference tickets this year. My limit is 20 Euros or British Pounds (depends on where it is). This upcoming group is to feature events that would typically go in the London Geeks, European Web Conference groups etc. but do not cost more than 20 units of the currency where they are hosted. This means BarCamps and *camps, Geek Dinners and so on.

If you add an event that costs more than this fairly arbitrary limit, it will be deleted. All decisions are made by me. I'm a bastard. And my decisions are final.
