I think that it might be an interesting move to send invites to one of the next Limerick OCC club meets to VC's and other investors.
This might also push the meetings into a slightly more structured form.

Romancing angel investment is a process in itself and I think it should not hijack the OpenCoffee format. You can often open doors and begin follow-up conversations with casual contact. It's starting in Limerick as a by-product of these meet-ups and it's good.
