Hey - not sure yet, trying to get a small group together. I think we have enough to get started now (we had 2 this morning and now have 5). I'm thinking first part of September?

I picked upcoming because I used it in the past to find RoR groups when I was living in the bay area. I posted to the Google RoR group and also the RoR Wiki. Do you have any alternative suggestions?

I am definately interested. I am new to ROR. I have been wanting to create a ROR site I am just heldup on what the purpose of the site would be. 21 years old work at USC in LA on weekdays, live in Long Beach, CA. All the best - iain

There's a BayCitiesRubyGroup, but it doesn't look like there are meetings. The Los Angeles Rails Group seems to just have the RailsExamples.com website/blog and that's all.

Does anyone know of real meetings in the LA area?
