Perhaps there can be a repeated announcement about the service &/or procedure for signing up in the digest and the printed publications...asking everyone to sign up to at least create a database...
Good idea Juliet, I will set up a repeat reminder for every two weeks. As for the database, we will soon be setting up a free friends of the WPM category which will permit a lot more people to enter their contact details.
Please add to this board any hitches, opportunities etc. A major problem is how to alert the 770 people "waiting" over at Meetup.com. They will be waiting for a long time, I'm afraid, unless Meetup changes its policies.
Also please use your local WPM lists to alert others in your region. http://www.pantheism.net/localgroups.htm
Best wishes,

This is a good idea, if there is a way to get the meetup over here, also on WPM ezboard there is posting a few times a week, perhaps an announcement should be made there also

Hi Pangolin
Very good question. Just from a quick investigation, it seems not. Anybody else found a way?
Once there are Nature Reverence events in your area you can click on an event and see who has signed on to attend.
Best wishes,
Paul
Hi, just found this group this week when exploring Upcoming beyond events. I wonder if Yahoo has any future plans to integrate existing Yahoo Groups with Upcoming. Either way, one possible way to promote this group here would be to find related groups on Yahoo Groups and let them know about this.
I wish that on the Upcoming homepage that you get after logging in, it showed one's groups and recent activity on those groups. Currently, it only shows your metros, events, and friends events. If it had another section for group events/discussions that would be helpful in helping awareness up among existing group members.
