Several people have shown uncomfortableness with the tech only reference in the name, I therefore renamed both to "European new media ..."

I also did a new group called
German New Media Events

to collect all those new media happenings in German (language, not the country).

If you know of other languages / european centric groups in upcoming.org, please mail them to me as I would like to include them.
