TED2009 Conference

TED is making a new home in SoCal? I'm very surprised, but it seems they had to move out to a bigger venue.

I hope TED will have a conference that is open to the regular public such as myself.

Now if you excuse me, I have to spend the next year doing something great and raising 6 grand to attend this event.

You can get 'appointed' by a TED scholar or alumni, or apply to get a scholarship or finally and this is NEW, they have a few open spots....

You can also go to BIL, a free-culture analog to TED.
