The Flamingos WILL NOT be on this cruise. Terry Johnson is the only legitimately trademarked Flamingos group. This company was informed in 2008 at the appearance of this advertising, that they cannot use The Flamingos' name and that they would be infringing on Terry Johnson's trademark and yet they have continued to do so after stating that they would change the advertising. I suggest to anyone who is interested in buying a ticket or have already bought a ticket for this cruise, that you investigate the legitimacy of this cruise and the entertainment line up. If they are falsely advertising The Flamingos, then what other entertainers on the bill are questionable? The fans deserve truthful advertising for their money.
