Six Days to Upcoming 2.0

Wondering why things have been so quiet lately? Two words: Upcoming 2.0. We're almost ready to pop, so save the date: Thursday, April 19. We'd love to tell you more, but that would ruin the surprise!

One important announcement: you will need to have a Yahoo account to use the new Upcoming. We're still pulling together the FAQ -- so feel free to leave your big questions in the comments -- but if you've recently gone through the Flickr merge process, there should be no surprises. We'll guide you through the very quick merge process and you get to keep your existing Upcoming screenname (or set a new one, if you like). All your other profile information and settings stay exactly the same.

See you in six days.

So the rumors were true... Are the rumors also true that 3.0 is coming April 20th?

We love you.

Will we be able to see something at the Web 2.0 Expo? I would love to see if there are more features for non US sites as they are at the moment sometimes 'lacking'

If so, say where your booth is ;)

We won't be at Web 2.0, but I think you'll be very happy with the international changes.
Posted 2 years ago
If not I have more examples for my presentation about "bad web 2.0 companies" ;o) Looking forward to the changes

Will you still work with Google Calendar?
Posted 2 years ago
Oh yes, I hear good things about the International changes; primarily someone saying "We're working on sorting out the international metros" a month back. - which is good enough for me.

Hopefully Y! Maps will work because of it.

A way to sort out reoccurring or multi day events such as shows and exhibits from other events.

asyouare405: Of course, we'll still work with Google Calendar.

If the things mentioned on the Suggestions board become a reality, my current drooling will be justified.

;o)

Boo, I did it. We'll look into the Safari issue.
