And as this long-term solution gets going, Barack Obama’s plan would deliver immediate relief to American families struggling to fill their tanks with an energy rebate, financed in part by taxing the windfall profits being earned by the oil companies. Sen. McCain’s energy plan misses on all these points. His solution is to drill for more oil, which cannot arrive for over a decade, will not do anything to reduce our consumption, will not make us more efficient in our use of energy and will do nothing to address climate change. It is truly old thinking.

We picked this theme for the evening because it is hugely important, the differences between the two candidates are profound and because it is a great example of Barack Obama's policies delivering the change we need. At the party, we’ll discuss how to get involved with the campaign’s efforts leading up to the election. I have also been told that Obama himself may provide us with special recorded comments. In total, there will be over 250 parties going on across all 50 states

Throughout the day we will be demonstrating the ASP.NET MVC Framework in a cookbook-style approach with recipes on how to solve common challenges when developing MVC web applications. No previous knowledge or experience is necessary. We will walk you through the basics on creating views and controllers and by the end of the day show you how to develop end-to-end MVC applications complete with ajax, authentication, authorization, caching, databinding, logging, persistence, validation, and other common challenges we experience in day-to-day development.
