Ank Bijleveld-Schouten, staatssecretaris van Binnenlandse Zaken en Koninkrijksrelaties, zal tijdens een inspirerende lunchbijeenkomst voor de tweede keer de e-Participatie Award uitreiken. Eén aan het beste eParticipatie initiatief uit de samenleving en één aan het beste eParticipatie-initiatief van een overheid. De eParticipatie Award 2009 is een erkenning voor de getoonde inzet van burgers en overheden om digitale middelen voor burgerbetrokkenheid te gebruiken.
