Fun cycle dash over the exposed sand flats during one of the lowest tides of the year. The ride goes along the beach from the west wall of Shoreham Harbour to Worthing Pier, and beyond (note ride start location and time – it has varied!), or as far as you and your bike can make it.

The ride will set off 15-30 minutes after meeting, so as to catch the lowest tide and the sunrise.

Following August 2007's Low Tide Naked Critical Mash-Up bike ride, the event is clothing-optional.

Time and tide wait for no-one, so if you can't make it to the start, join us en route.

We often go for a skinny-dip in the sea at the end of the ride.

Bring bikes, waterproofs, warm clothes, towels and lights. Remember to thoroughly wash the salt and sand off your bike afterwards. If you're worried about using your own bike, pick a scrap one up from a skip.

Band Creed Reunites for New Album - People.com Article - After a six-year hiatus, multi-platinum selling Orlando-based rock band Creed have returned with a new record tentatively titled Full Circle.

After a six-year hiatus, all four members of Creed are reuniting for a summer tour and a new album, it has been announced. The tour, the band's first in seven years, will kick off Aug. 6 in Pittsburgh.
The multi-platinum selling Orlando-based rock band, who scored hits with songs such as "Weathered" and "My Sacrifice," will return with a new record tentatively titled "Full Circle." They have already recorded six demos for the LP and are currently searching for a producer.
"I wouldn't call it a reunion. It's a renewing and a rebirth. I missed my boys and wanted to create music with them again. We're all thrilled to have a second chance to make a first impression," Frontman Scott Stapp told Rolling Stone magazine. "We're reached out to Brendan O'Brien, Mutt Lange, Bob Rock, Steve Lillywhite and six or seven more. We want to put ourselves around the best and have them... challenge us as artists," Stapp added.
