European social networking has now become a point of strong interest to the Internet annd Mobile Social Networking Industry. While few North American companies actively pursue the E.U. market for social networking, we have found that the majority of the attendace of SNC2008 are Europeans. Our annual European Social Networking Conference chose will provide the next European event in London on September 22-23, 2008. Similar to the Miami event this two day European Social Networking Conference will consist of morning seminars and lectures, followed by afternoon workshops. The workshops will consist of a series of 90 minute intensive lectures that are designed to improve internet social networking business performance. Most presentations will focus on increasing E.U. web traffic and conversion rates. Language issues, cultural differences, technological developments and preferences for specific European countries will be covered at this event. Dating industry executives, marketing representatives, technology executives, affiliates and affiliate managers all stand to learn a great deal in these workshops and are welcome to interject their questions at anytime. Significant time will exist for networking as well.

This years Social Networking Conference takes place on September 22-23, 2008 in London at the Millennium Gloucester Hotel Kensington and Conference Centre, and precedes the London Ad-Tech Conference, which commences on the following day after our event.

Also featured at booth 433 are three talented artists who will be drawing pin-ups of SG's that will be sold exclusively at Comic Con.  We will have signings by both the artists and the models on Friday and Saturday from 11AM - 1PM in booth 433

Brian Ewing - Brian Ewing is a San Francisco based Rock Poster Artist who has worked in the music industry since 2000.  For the past five years he has worked and toured with the Vans Warped Tour.  Brian has collaborated with such bands as Queens Of The Stone Age, Billy Idol, Taking Back Sunday, Brand New, Metallica,  The Bouncing Souls, My Chemical Romance and the Taste of Chaos Tour.  He will be drawing Meow.

Bawidamann - Having come a long way from browsing the bewitching nose art of vintage war birds at the local Air Force museum, Andrew Bawidamann is creating contemporary cheesecake pin-up art through his graphically oriented girls. Although his girls are reminiscent of a time when men were overseas at war, depending on their pin-up prints to satisfy, Bawidamann’s girls offer much appeal to today’s soldiers, tattoo artists, bikers, rockers and just about anyone with a fetish!  He will be drawing Chloe.

Mountain-Con holds its event every September in or around Salt Lake City, Utah, with attendees coming from all over the intermountain west as well as from both coasts and every place in between. Guests have included actors, authors, artists--anyone who has contributed to fandom in its many forms.

The con[vention] com[mittee] (concom) holds meetings on the first Saturday of each month at the Centerville Library from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.--or later, usually followed by a stop at a nearby restaurant. These meetings are open to all interested fans, group leaders, and volunteers as well as the Mountain-Con voting committee members and trustees.

Mountain-Con's concom comprises elected volunteers who constitute the voting committee. This committee, headed by the convention chair, handles the day-to-day operations of Mountain-Con. The concom includes the treasurer, programming chair, ops officer, guest liaison, publicity chair, security chief, registration director, volunteer coordinator, dealers' room coordinator, and more.

Mountain-Con trustees are the guardians of the convention and participate in voting committee decisions. They hold an annual board meeting to confirm the con chair and authorize the go-ahead for future Mountain-Con events. A minimum of three trustees is required via the con's by-laws and the state of Utah.
