The Date returns for its second special event on one of the biggest party dates in this year's calendar, Bank Holiday Sunday 3 June, again at the amazing Loft Studios in West London - www.loftstudios.co.uk/studios.php

Following the first sold out party, headlining the house loft will be New Jersey legend Kerri Chandler who has without doubt become the World's most in demand deep house DJ. Kerri effortlessly joins the dots between the long standing soulful house scene of 20 years and the modern deep house sound of Ibiza's Circo Loco where he now holds down a residency. Kerri will be playing a full 6 hours adding live keys and vocals to his set.

Many will remember Terence:Terry: (or one of his many monikers) from his fledgling releases on the ubercool Parisian label Freak n Chic, since then his sound has developed into a sinister but groovy blend of deep trippy tech house, releasing on the likes of 2020, Highgrade, Lowpitch, Real Tone, Robsoul and his new label La Vie En Rose which is already on its fourth release. The formation of this new label and his new band Woman (who he formed with old friend USH) has further developed his fresh and futuristic style…we can’t wait to hear it on 1st June.

After impressing us so much at our February event with Ittetsu, we decided to invite lo*kee resident Louis Guilhem back again to show us what he can do on the decks. Always unpredictable, Louis plays with a freedom and originality which is as rare and refreshing as it is entertaining. He plays under the house and techno bracket although his sound sees him take many influences often weaving between funk, cosmic disco and minimal techno.

Completing our lineup of guests, and giving the night a real French feel, we welcome Robin Ordell down to play for the first time. As resident for the hugely successful Half Baked, Robin has played alongside many of the best DJ’s and producers in Europe learning what makes dancefloors tick along the way. Already releasing on the likes of Leftroom, Safari Numerique, Remake Musique and Serialism Records, Robin is rapidly establishing himself as a household name within the scene.
Resident Nick Maleedy will be on hand to warm up the proceedings, fueling the night with his experimental blend of deep and tech house.

He has remixed and produced an astonishing number of major artists including Elton John, Bob Marley, Horace Andy, The Rolling Stones, The Streets, Mick Jagger, India, Masters At Work, Mika, Sade, Bent, Jamiroquai, Candi Staton, Lily Allen, James Blunt, Gabriella Cilmi, Femi Kuti, Blaze, Armand Van Helden, Crookers and The 2 Bears to name a few. Quite a roll call and there are plenty more we haven’t mentioned!

Ashley shows no sign of slowing down with his seemingly endless production talent constantly in demand. He is currently in full effect in the studio, working on high profile projects for major labels alongside smaller underground releases and remixes the result of which we will see more of throughout this year.

With so many dancefloor anthems under his belt, his productions have been championed by DJ’s as wide ranging as Danny Tenaglia, Greg Wilson, Fabio and Grooverider, Gilles Peterson, Anthony ‘Shake’ Shakir, Andrew Weatherall, John Digweed, Francois K, Ross Allen, Louie Vega, Kenny Dope, Laurent Garnier, Unabombers, Cosmo, Horse Meat Disco and Disco Bloodbath amongst many many others..

Ashley is booked to play a 2 hour set between 12 and 2am with resident DJs Pink Lloyd (Slide & Get Diverted) and LeBigMac in support.

He was the original sound engineer on just about every seminal piece of tech-house history. His breaks defined a whole genre, but his style has always defied description.

Nick Harris (NRK)
Co founder and label manager of one of the key sources of quality UK house, he's been the man behind releases from the likes of Derrick Carter, Miguel Migs, Ian Pooley, Kerri Chandler and his own tunes are up there with the very best. Via his new music venture Strobelight, Nick is currently working with DJ Sneak and Loco Dice.

Magnus Asberg (Positive, On-the-house) & Adam Ryan (Lovestick)
A Brightonian tribute set in loving memory of our late, lamented friend Warren who passed away earlier this year. Magnus and Adam will be whipping up that original Lovestick vibe with a liberal sprinkling of Positive Sound thrown in for good measure.

Two star turns from one of the UK's most consistent labels, BLM has already ripped it up at previous parties now the two Oxford dons are set to do at a double act.

After the Christmas and Easter Jamm events that saw Jamm packed to the rafters, it clear these guys know how to throw a party. They're stepping it up a notch this time, running a festival styled event from dusk till dawn; starting things off with a BBQ in the sun accompanied to Reggae and Hip Hop vibes, including UK Hip Hop legends Phi Life Cypher and roots reggae star Errol Bellot accompanied with Reality Shock.

Never a slave to genres, the music will be progressing in the two rooms over the night, with the stage in the Front Room gradually becoming deeper and bass led. This is characterised with a performance from Nice Up's genre bending Shepdog. Whilst the Main Room will be paying homage to nu disco and deep house, with legends such as Duff Disco and Futureboogie's Leftside wobble rocking the show.

Expect an attractive crowd who always create an amazing atmosphere at Jamm, dancing through the night to this incredible line up. Simply an event that you just don't want to miss.

The label’s next release comes from Ikonika herself, and to mark this the Hum + Buzz duo are throwing their first club night, playing alongside a specially selected line up of DJs.

Anyone who has seen Mr Beatnick play live or listened to his NTS show will know that he is a man of eclectic and impeccable taste. Production wise he specialises in deep, soulful house affairs such as Sun Goddess and Synthetes, which are gaining him the attention he richly deserves.

With a mission to bring you the freshest talent, this month we are joined by rising star Chamboché, a disco inclined house producer and DJ based in London and promoter and resident at upstart Nottingham house and techno night Zleep at Stealth.

His 2009 debut 12″ EP ‘Ipso Facto’ was the first release for Jiscomusic offshoot Under The Shade and with the help of a genre-defining remix of ‘Feverish’ from The Revenge, secured pick of the week at Piccadilly Records and topped the sales charts at Phonica and Juno for several weeks. The success of this release culminated in it being featured in Tim Sweeney’s best of 2009 chart on Beats In Space and subsequently paved the way for several more EP’s on UTS which collectively garnered support from such varied artists as Ewan Pearson, Steve Bug, Amé, Tensnake, Horsemeat Disco, Jacques Renault and Mugwump among others.

As a DJ, Chamboché brings a diverse taste of disco, house, techno as well as more bass-driven sounds; 4 years working at Midlands bass-music mecca Stealth nightclub have had as much of an influence as anything. He’s played alongside DJs as varied as Andrew Weatherall, Jamie Jones, Erol Alkan, Shonky and James Holden and at party’s across the UK and Europe and now its time for him to join the Spacestation crew.

He'll be joined by Spacestation favourite Pete Herbert, Disco tastemakers Slothboogie, and Spacestation residents Jordan Wade and Alexander Parade...the countdown begins!
