    <description><![CDATA[These far-ranging free flow conversations with academics, private and public sector CEO’s and Entrepreneurs, will cover the core business issues on the mind of every corporate chief, including growth, innovation, talent management, information technology, global markets, and leadership.<br /><br />
A key feature of the conversation is the presence of public, private and academic sector leaders sharing in this strategic information exchange.<br /><br />
Rather than have the usual podium presentations, a group of five (5) regional business leaders will be invited on stage and be seated in comfortable armchairs and will interact in a free flow format with the participants in a conversation and interaction style. A moderator will also be present on stage and in the audience to control flow and timing.<br /><br />
Each session lasting no more than 30 minutes will deal with a specific topic.     <description><![CDATA[This unique event is being delivered by Skills Channel TV, one of the UK&#39;s leading creative industry training company. A two module programme with bursaries available from Skillset. Delivered by Alec McPhedran ex Channel 4 and Financial Time Managemetn, it is a great programme for people who need to lead and manage creative teams. The workshop will be held at Nickelodeon UK&#39;s Head Office in London.<br /><br />
Aim<br />
The aim of the programme is to develop the people and leadership skills of creative leaders working in multiplatform environments<br /><br />
Content<br />
The workshops are highly interactive and will work on real life issues and pressures faced with leading creative teams. The four key elements of the programme are Recruitment, Managing Performance, Running Cross Disciplinary Teams and Communication. Participants are expected to carry out a short work based review between Module One and Module Two. On successful completion, a Skills Channel TV Certificate of Completion will be awarded for CPD records.<br /><br />
Cost<br />
£800.00 excluding VAT for freelancers or BECTU Members or £1096.00 excluding VAT for full time employees.
