While all of us on the Internet are users, including our own industry, this panel will address the user as someone out there beyond technology specialties and Silicon Valley. There's been significant work done in the past year to help outline the issues in and around data portability, from open ID, to privacy, to ownership. We'd like to use our time to come at this from what users want as well as what the industry thinks is needed.
