There’s a lot of buzz about social media but what are the facts? Join us to hear from two organizations that have invested in new technology, done well with it, and gained institutional benefits. We’ll hear from leaders at Rotary International—which has 37,000 friends on its Facebook page dedicated to ending polio worldwide—and Center for an Independent Future, which dedicates itself to helping individuals with disabilities to have access to all opportunities of a full life. They will each discuss how they are using social media to tell their stories and the impact new technology is having on their organization.
