Mark is an eLearning Specialist for Regence BlueCross, BlueShield , where he develops enterprise web-based training. His experience also includes developing eLearning courseware, tutorials and web-based job aids for Children's Hospital and Regional Medical Center , as well as multimedia production for The International Center for Limb Lengthening .

His career includes IT healthcare training design and development as well as digital production for print, web and multimedia. He has a B.S. in Communications/Fine Art and a Certificate in Multimedia.

He is also managing the Captivate Users Group of Seattle, which meets at Adobe's Fremont office, which has guest speakers and discusses tips & tips, best practices and industry trends using Captivate.
