Patrick Kennedy is a User Experience Specialist at Step Two Designs with over 10 years experience in web design and information architecture.

Patrick has worked with many different organisations in Australia and the UK, including: AMP, Arnott's, Cabinet Office e-Government Unit (UK), Canon, Caltex, Ernst & Young, Freehills, flybe (UK), Geoscience Australia, Heineken, Hewlett-Packard, HFC Bank (UK), Kellogg’s, Macquarie University, Optus, Panasonic, Porsche (UK), Renault (UK), South Australian Police, Subaru, Tourism NSW, Transport for London (UK) and Woolworths. He also has experience working with several charitable and not-for-profit organisations (he'd list them too...for a price).

Patrick is well regarded as a veritable almanac by his co-workers, although he pretends he doesn't know what that means. He is dedicated and hard-working, despite being quite diplomatic and a real 'team player'.

He has strong problem solving skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills, although none of this would be apparent if you saw him on the street.

Patrick is often praised for being passionate and enthusiastic, with high standards and a commitment to quality, not to mention being fastidious with a high attention to detail. Those responsible really should know better.

Being a member of the Usability Professionals Association (UPA), the Computer-Human Interaction Special Interest Group of Australia (CHISIG), the Web Standards Group (WSG), the Web Industry Professionals Association (WIPA) and the Australian Interactive Media Industry Association (AIMIA) means there are plenty of other opportunities for Patrick to practice writing bios in the third person.

Patrick holds a degree in Computer Systems Engineering from the University of Technology, Sydney. They threw in a bonus Diploma in Engineering Practice too.

On days off, Patrick enjoys music, movies, travel, snow sports and a typically male love of all things automobile related.
