The room is big enough for 30+ people and is free to the community. It is located in a low-income housing project. Additionally, parking is limited and parking passes must be obtained beforehand. More about the space.

This project has received numerous awards including, an Honorable Mention in the metropolitan-urban category of the 2000 Affordable Housing Tax Credit Excellence Award from the Affordable Housing Tax Credit Coalition in Washington D.C, an Affordable Award in the 21st annual Builder’s Choice in 2001, and an Affordable Grand Award in the 2002 Residential Architect Design Awards. The project was also published in the December 2000 issue of Architectural Record.
