Su Jok is a multi-dimensional system of treatment comprising of various systems to deal with different categories of ailments and disorders. It brings harmony at the level of Body, Mind and Spirit. The entire knowledge of Su Jok can be broadly divided in two categories, Physical and Metaphysical. Physical system is used to treat day to day common disorders of body parts, organs and systems using the treatment points / areas present in the hands and feet called as correspondence system.
