In Ramat Hahayal, north of central Tel Aviv (a short taxi ride away) - a music venue with good sound and hit-or-miss food and drink (salad was boring, pasta was amazing - wine was overpriced swill.) Doors open early 8:30ish but performers don't go on till slightly after 10. The best Israeli performers play this medium sized good venue.
