For fifteen years we have been bringing the best in leading edge theatre and dance to Bedford.
Owned and run by the University of Bedfordshire, each year the Bowen West offers two professional seasons - Autumn and Spring - packed with a rich mix of performances from nationally and internationally renowned touring companies.
And right through the summer we have a packed programme of youth and community events.
We are host to a whole range of amateur and community productions, from brass bands to grand opera - if you have a theatrical project that needs a home, why not enquire about our hire package? (You'll be surprised how little it costs to perform in a professional theatre!)
