The theatre box office accepts CASH only. All ticket sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges.

Will Call:
Will call tickets may be retrieved at the theatre box office beginning one hour prior to showtime.

Parking:
There are two Ebell lots - one located west of the theatre and the other across the street on Lucerne Boulevard. Theatre patrons will be charged $5.00 per car to park in the Ebell lots.

Special Seating Arrangements:
Wheelchair accessible seating is available on the Orchestra level on the inside aisles of Row Z, left and right. (Please refer to the theatre seating chart.) Wilshire Ebell Theatre ushers would be happy to direct you to this area once you enter the theatre on the day of the event.
