Newly opened coffee shop in the Gordon Square Theatre Arts Complex in the Detroit-Shoreway neighborhood of Cleveland. Owner, Niki Gillota has operated a wholesale coffee and bakery business for area coffee shops and restaurants for many years. She is now opening a retail venue to display her wares and serve the community in another way.
