The Waterloo Stage Theatre opened its doors on February 14, 1997 and its premiere production was May 14, 1997 ; the musical production of They?re Playing our Song.

The Waterloo Stage Theatre seats 262 patrons. We also have room for approximately fifteen patrons in the lounge area. The stage area is 32 feet wide and 30 feet deep.

The Waterloo Stage Theatre has hosted more than 200 artists and technicians from theatre companies across Ontario such as Stratford Festival, Drayton Festival Theatre, Shaw Festival and Lighthouse Festival in Port Dover to name a few.
