Shamrock Submission Fighting (SSF) is a modern martial arts style created by Frank Juarez Shamrock, 5 time undefeated UFC Champion, former King of Pancrase, and multiple world record holder in mixed martial arts. This style represents the culmination of over ten years of study in professional combative martial arts and martial theory.

Submission Fighting shares many names; Ultimate Fighting, Pankration, Shoot Fighting, Vale Tudo, No Holds Barred (NHB) or the most descriptive being “whatever works.”
