Gierle, is a very small village in 'de Kempen' (Antwerp), Belgium. It is located between highway E34 and E313. The cities Antwerp and Eindhoven are only 50 km away. Most people in Gierle are friendly, so if you're lost, just ask them for directions. Watch out for the jokers, who will probably sent you to all corners of Gierle instead of showing you the shortest way. "People who come by train can enjoy a 4km-walk through an idyllic landscape and nice sights to see. If you choose to hitch-hike, use the main road to Gierle, but if you're unlucky and don't catch that ride, you'll have to walk 7km!!!
